60ml Six Saints Rum
1 dash Bob’s Cardamom Bitters
330ml Ginger Lime & Mango Soda
Mango Shisha Smoke
Fill a jar with Mango shisha smoke using a smoking gun, pour the Ginger, lime & mango soda into the jar, top with more smoke and seal the jar. Leave for 5minutes.
Pour 60ml into a tot glass and add a dash of Bob’s Cardamom Bitters. Sip the rum followed by a drink of the smoked soda.
To make the Soda
1 mango peeled and roughly chopped, keep pit
2limes juice & zest
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
Combine ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to the boil. Take off heat at leave to steep for 30mins. Return mixture to a gentle boil and reduce by half. Strain through cheesecloth.
Combine with water at a ratio of 1:5 in a soda syphon, charge with Co2.
